Project Description
TNPA issued a request for proposal, or RFP, (Tender: TNPA/2025/02/0004/90037/RFP) on October 3, 2025.

The RFP calls for the appointment of a terminal operator to finance, operate, maintain, refurbish and/or build and transfer a break-bulk terminal specialising in cold storage of fish and fish-related products for a ten-year concession period at the Port of Cape Town.

The bid closing date for the RFP has been set at January 30, 2026.
